Our 23 Micron Merino originates from South Africa (cape) or South America depending on availability. The dyes used are commercial acid dyes which conform with Oeko-Tex 100 quality system. We have tried to represent the colors as accurately as possible on our web site, however color can differ from one computer to another. Our wool is perfect for needle/hand felting, wet felting, spinning and many other craft uses.
